Purpose of Course: 

This course provides a demonstration of how to open a case on the CommScope/RUCKUS support portal.

Course Objectives:

At the completion of this training, the student will be able to:

  • Be familiar with how to access the RUCKUS partner support portal
  • Describe how to open a case and submit the case to Ruckus Support
  • Describe how to add comments and other data to a case that is already open
